Based in Hendon, this school provides a high standard of education for 11 – 16 year old girls.  

Requirements

Crucially, this school was looking for a reliable IT support provider – a company they could consult with and one that would work with them as part of a team.

 They were looking to:

•   Implement a working emailing and teleconferencing system
•   Explore the possibility of setting up an IT suite
•   Address internal network problems and issues with logging into various systems
•   Reorganise and streamline internal network and system
•   Replace and upgrade computers where needed to reduce downtime and enhance the quality of teaching and learning

How we helped 

DNA-TECH succeeded in giving this school what they were looking for – we collaborated with them to figure how best to implement changes, and ensured that we created an on-going support relationship.

• G Suite collaboration system: we set up an accessible email and file sharing and collaboration platform, which allowed for easy communication between staff and students – especially during lockdown. This meant students had access to their own emails and inbox – we ensured that this system was monitored and subject to restrictions which ensured safe use for students.
• Teleconferencing: we implemented an efficient teleconferencing conferencing system, which enhanced teaching to a  level that would not have been attainable with the school’s previous system.
• IT suite: DNA-TECH worked with the school to set up an IT suite for students with 19 computers.
